We knew through references that Joe Marshall was a top notched craftsmen and specialists in conservatory repair, but we never expected the amazing transformation that Joe and his crew effected in our old Amdega conservatory.

The team worked magic. They worked through a cold Northeast winter while causing the family little disruption and inconvenience. They worked diligently to repair rotting wood, replace fogged glass and scrape, sand and paint every piece of wood as well as the inside walls. In some cases Joe suggested small structural changes that improved water drainage and window functioning. The painting was meticulous in every way and the roof shade quality, design and installation provided an elegant finishing touch.

Before calling Joe, we consulted with several building contractors but it was obvious that none of them understood the nuances of conservatory construction. We were relieved to find someone who understood and loved these unique buildings. Everyone on the crew was courteous and friendly as well as being very experienced in this area. 

Everyone who has seen our finished conservatory is impressed with the makeover and I can’t overestimate how pleased we are.  We just cannot recommend this company enough!

We bought our home 20 years ago and have enjoyed our Amdega Conservatory throughout all four seasons. We did not realize you should have minor preventative maintenance on an annual basis. When it came time for some needed repairs it became obvious, we needed major work. We searched extensively in our area for a qualified repair specialist and it became apparent very early on we could not find that qualified professional.

After searching the internet, we were very lucky to find J.R. Marshall Enterprises, Inc. They have extensive knowledge and experience with conservatories. They made us feel extremely comfortable of what needed to happen next and every promise was delivered on time. Due to not maintaining the conservatory there was wood rot and it needed a total restoration. Joe Marshall   was educated in furniture manufacturing and his skill during the restoration was amazing. They also maintain a unique inventory of Amdega parts that were essential for completing our project.

The work was completed on time and within budget. We now have essentially a brand-new conservatory. We also are making sure once a year Joe comes out for a quick preventative maintenance. I can’t emphasize enough what great professionalism Joe and his team have. You need someone who knows what they are doing for a project like this and J. R. Marshall is that solution.
